1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation, and use of services related to Textile Innovation Exchnage2026 — Bangladesh’s premier Textile Innovation Exhibition, organized by TIE Exchange Innovation Center.

By registering as a visitor, exhibitor, or sponsor, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete the registration.

2. Definitions

• “Event” refers to Textile Innovation Exchnage2026 held from 12–14 November 2026 (Thu–Sat) at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• “Organizer” means TIE Exchange Innovation Center and its authorized representatives.
• “Participant” includes visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and any other attendees.

3. Registration and Admission

• Visitor registration is free but subject to approval and verification.
• All participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration without prior notice if terms are violated.
• E-badges are non-transferable. Sharing or misuse of badges may result in immediate removal from the venue.

4. Exhibitor Terms

Exhibitors agree to:

• Pay all booth fees and additional charges as per the signed contract.
• Comply with venue rules, setup deadlines, and health & safety regulations.
• Not engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of the Event or Organizer.
• Ensure all displayed products and promotional materials are legal and appropriate.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable except in cases explicitly stated in the exhibitor contract.
• Visitor registration being free has no refund applicability.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any losses due to cancellation or postponement caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Textile Innovation Exchnagewebsite and event remain the intellectual property of the Organizer or respective owners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without prior written consent.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by participants during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants attend at their own risk.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and exhibitors.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful activity.
• Comply with all security and safety instructions given by venue staff.
• Any violation may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without refund.

9. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer the right to take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

11. Changes to Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
